Australian Pork Limited

Australian Pork Limited came to Quattro Consulting with a key business problem; the system used to track pigs was no longer meeting business requirements and more broadly APL had a large number of stakeholders managed in separate databases within the different business units.  Quattro completed a scoping study which concluded an "off the shelf" CRM type solution could solve these issues and then helped APL specify, procure and design the solution.

CRC for Plant Biosecurity

CRC for Plant Biosecurity initially came to Quattro Consulting to establish the Financial Management function for the organisation.

 

Quattro Consulting's success on this work led to other work associated with establishment of an information management framework to meet quality standards and assistance in strategic planning and re-bid for Australian Government funding.

Diabetes Australia Limited

Quattro Consulting has a long standing relationship with Diabetes Australia having initially re-engineered its Financial Management function and managed it's transition program from one Australian Government contract to another for the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS).

Quattro Consulting was subsequently engaged to manage the replcement of the ICT systems and web portal for the NDSS. Quattro Consulting managed the specification, procurement and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and associated custom web portal which services over 1.5m registrants and has in excess of 5,000 users.

Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce

Quattro Consulting built a custom application to manage, account for and reconcile export documentation stamping transactions and integrated this to the Financial Management Information System for invoicing and statement purposes.
